Order as much or as little as you need. Starting an account is absolutely free, with no obligation to buy. Will you be offering more products soon? Yes, we plan to expand our line within the next few months. We are growing and would appreciate customer input. If there are any slips or undergarments that your customers need on a regular basis, we would like to be able to offer that to you. Our goal is to provide you with quality garments and great service, while keeping prices low. How long will shipping take? Orders will ship within 2 business days unless we tell you otherwise. Once the order ships the timeframe for delivery varies based on what kind of shipping you choose. As you check out, you will be given an estimate for delivery from USPS and UPS. What shipping is available? We offer various kinds of shipping from USPS and UPS, ranging from ground and parcel service, to Next Day Air and Express Mail. Prices are quoted to you directly from the carrier. How can I track my order once it has been shipped? USPS Express Mail and all UPS orders will be given a tracking number which you can track directly from UPS.com, or USPS.com. USPS Parcel Post and Priority Mail orders are given a Delivery Confirmation Number, which allows you to confirm delivery. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? We ship anywhere in the United States or Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii. Do you ship outside of the United States? At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada. We hope to consider markets beyond these two shortly. If you are located in one, let us know! Can you ship to P.O. boxes? Yes, however we can only ship USPS to PO boxes. We strongly encourage using a street address. What fees will I be charged on top of shipping? We do not have any fees associated with our wholesale customer orders. There is no drop-ship fee, and no handling fee. You pay for the product and for shipping only. What is your return policy? We offer returns on the product price less a 20% restocking fee, no questions asked, if the product is returned unused with the original packaging (Note- this does not mean the customer can not try on the product, just that they must keep the original packaging and tags).
